Above The Salt Menu

Allergens present: wheat and nuts. While food can be prepared without certain ingredients upon request, those with nut allergies should avoid this feast as avoidance of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Please contact feast stewards with allergen/dietary requests at least two weeks prior to the event.

First Course

Honeyed Goat Cheese with Pistachios

(Ingredients: goat cheese, prepared fig and apricot preserves, honey, pistachios)

Zeytoon Parvardeh (Persian Marinated Olives with Walnuts)

(Ingredients: green olives, pomegranate molasses, walnuts, olive oil, mint, garlic, salt)

Bread with Assorted Butters

 

Main Course

Baked Salmon with Dutch Sauce

(Ingredients: salmon, salt, pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, butter; Dutch sauce: egg yolks, lemon, salt, pepper, butter)

Leche Lombard with Cameline Sauce

(Ingredients: ground pork, eggs, almond meal, currants, dates, salt, pepper, cloves, parsley; Cameline sauce: red wine, red wine vinegar, breadcrumbs, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, mace, saffron)

Mushroom Tart

(Ingredients: mushrooms, butter, eggs, mozzarella, prepared pie crust)

Seasonal Vegetables
